We are in the process of selling our house and our cat damaged our carpet, we were trying to find someone who would patch it up and we looked everywhere, everyone either was busy or didn’t do carpet repairs. I got in contact with Jim, and he was so helpful. He came up with a solution and we booked a day for the carpet repair and cleaners to come out, they did a fantastic job. A week later, our dog decided he wanted to chew a hole in our nice clean carpet the day we listed our house 🙄 I called Jim in a frantic state hoping he would be able to help and even with him being out of town, he helped us. He was able to coordinate having someone come out the next day to do the carpet repair. This has just been the best service and I’m so very thankful for Jim and his help!

My sister moved recently and wanted to get her house ready for renting. We hired this company to clean the carpet and everything went off without a hitch. They showed up in a timely manner, where friendly and professional, and got the job done quickly. The carpets look great, and they even managed to get rid of the lingering pet smell.
